THERMOREGULATION SKID

DESCRIPTION

Skid installed on an oil extraction platform, complete with electric heat exchanger for water and two shell & tube heat exchangers to heat fluids (polymer and surfactant). The purpose of the electric exchanger is to heat water that indirectly transfers heat to the final fluids through a thermoregulation process controlled by shell & tube heaters.
The transfer of heat through the water circuit is necessary for the need to control the temperature of the fluids, which should not exceed 90°C in the heatexchange phase. The skid is designed to regulate the final temperature within a tolerance range of +/- 0,5 °C by a power Thyristor and pneumatic 3-way valves.
