INDIRECT HEAT EXCHANGERS - ATEX

Electric heat exchangers to indirectly heat liquids within static heating processes. In this case the disassembly of the system is not required during the maintenance phase, since the heater is welded in order to create a single body with the tank.

IP 66 termination box for classified area.
 
ATEX certification approved for all types of gas, dust
and mines in accordance with zone 1, zone 2, zone
21 and zone 22.
 
Housing available in carbon steel and stainless steel
(AISI 304L or AISI 316L).
 
Temperature classes T1-T6.
 
Code design PED 2014/68/EU, ASME “U” or other on
request.
 
Ambient temperature -60°C +60°C.
 
Anti-condensation resistance in the housing available
on request.
 
AMARC heat exchangers are designed for high power
levels up to 1.755 MW per single unit and for high pressures.
 
Cut-out system upon reaching excessive temperatures
and pressures.
