OVENS WITH HIGH CAPACITY FOR THE THERMOSTABILISATION OF POLYESTER FILM

The customer, a leading producer of polyester film wanted to install ovens with chamber at low temperature and high production capacity in their production chain.

Owing to the high capacity required the design was aimed at modules with 3 loading levels.

Given the non-standard dimension, the two ovens were split up into single blocks with flanged profiles to be assembled directly at the customer’s production unit.

AMARC handled the entire process: design, delivery, mechanical assembly, wiring and start up.

Thanks to their efficiency, the ovens supplied made it possible for the customer to halve the heat treatment process times.
