Organizational Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 and reports to the Supervisory Body
The Organizational, Management and Control Model is an integral part of the internal control system provided for by Legislative Decree 231/2001. If properly adopted and supervised, it represents an exemption from the administrative liability of the entity.
In addition, it constitutes a fundamental tool for employees and collaborators, as it defines principles, rules of conduct, and control procedures aimed at preventing, as far as possible, the commission of crimes and corrupt practices.
