DUAL HEAD HEAT EXCHANGERS - ATEX

Electric heat exchangers to heat fluids (liquid or gas) with pressures ranging from 2 to 300 bar. Used in cases of high differences in inlet and outlet temperature and in cases of installations requiring a high power input. Designed with a single shell on which a heater is installed on either side. The reason for a dual head is to limit the temperature on the surface of the elements as a consequence of a wide process ΔT.

Termination box available in carbon steel and stainless
steel (AISI 304L or AISI 316L).
 
Temperature class T1-T6.
 
Code design PED 2014/68/EU, ASME “U” or other on
request.
 
Ambient temperature -60°C +60°C.
 
Anti-condensation Heater can be fitted in termination
box on request.
 
AMARC Heat Exchangers can be designed for high
power up to 1.755 MW for single unit and high pressure.
 
Over temperature and over pressure cut-out system.
