Drum Heating Cabinets Preheating & Melting

The customer has a heterogeneous production and therefore needs to heat different products to different temperatures.

A heating cabinet was designed at one level divided into 3 independent zones.
Each zone is equipped with:

  • AISI 304 stainless steel interior
  • Tank with drainage valve
  • Panel with remote connection for control of heating cycle
  • Extraction cycle (carried out by the customer’s central system) interlocked with heating system

Base: Structure made of tubular elements and feet with built-in storage tank, 50% of capacity for each compartment housing 4 drums
Finish: AISI 304 stainless steel interior, carbon steel exterior painted RAL 7035 with standard cycle, with sealing joints for outdoor installation
Operation: Electric
Nominal operating temperature: Ambient temperature +5°C to +70℃
Control panel (Process + Logic): 1 main panel for power control + 3 panels for process control with remote connection on each independent zone. All the enclosures on board the machine are manufactured according to explosion-proof construction
