96 DRUM HEATING CABINET WITH MANUAL SLIDING DOORS, ANTI SISMIC DESIGN
The customer expressed the need to install a high capacity drums heating system (requirement: 90/100 drums).
The amarc technical team designed the drums heating cabinet, designing two independent units each having capacity for 48 200 L drums/12 1000 L IBC.
On the basis of the installation site (emilia romagna region) the design and successive construction were subjected to structural calculations (with production of the relative documentation provided by the customer) with “Anti-sismic” purpose.
To overcome dimensional problems as regards depth, each unit was constructed with manually operated horizontal sliding doors.
The system was divided into 2 regulation zones controlled by a siemens plc provided with:
- Data logging
- For remote connection by means of pc
- Graphic recorder, with trend, bargraph and functions for saving data of heating cycles divided into batches
- Clock for automatic weekly/monthly switching on/off
- Management of all alarms with saving in memory
After accompanying the customer in the design and technical training, AMARC handled the transport, unloading, mechanical and electrical assembly, start-up and training.
