The customer expressed the need to install a high capacity drums heating system (requirement: 90/100 drums) in a limited area.

Given the limited installation surface as seen in the layout, the amarc technical team designed the drums heating cabinet by making use of the space in height and designing three vertical loading levels.

Horizontally sliding doors were designedto overcome the problem of dimensions in depth.

The doors were designed in automatic mode, operated by means of radio control, allowing the operator to remain on board the forklift truck during the loading-unloading operations.

The system was divided into 3 regulation zones controlled by touch screen programmer for beter management of the process.

After accompanying the customer in the design and technical training, amarc handled the transport, unloading, mechanical and electrical assembly, start-up and training.
