INDUSTRIAL OVEN FOR POLYMERISATION OF POLYURETHANE

The customer, producer of high efficiency polyurethane foam, needed large sized ovens for the polymerisation of polyurethane for its facility in the USA.

Owing to its dimensions, the oven was “Disassembled” for delivery, by designing load-bearing panels with flanged sections.

It was therefore possible to load the “Disassembled” oven on an open top container.

An AMARC team of assembly personnel were involved in the mechanical assembly, wiring and start up of the oven at the customer’s american facility.

The oven is equipped with touch screen temperature programmer for control of the work cycles and data logging.
