INDUSTRIAL OVEN WITH FORCED FOR THERMOFORMING PROCESS

The oven is inserted in a thermoforming line. Therefore the level of customisation is high and depends on the features of the “Line” such as: dimensions, output required, materials, specification.

A Film passes through the oven in which it is contained, heated and moved for a certain number of metres by a system of idle rollers. A silicone-coated drive roller coupled to a gear motor (under inverter) controls the collection of film in the oven.

The rollers system (with mirror finish) made of AISI304 stainless steel (like the inner lining) forms part of the supply.

Internal lights and inspection windows are provided on the doors to allow immediate checking of the process by the operator.

A “Fork” type microswitch is provided as positive safety, that acts by disconnecting the heating cycle and the film movement if the doors are opened.
