INDUSTRIAL OVENS FOR THE PROCESS OF FIRING BIOMEDICAL COMPONENTS
The oven was designed to perform with an extremely accurate cycle.
The requirement of the process involved work cycles at temperatures of +200°c, with accuracy +/-1°c with respect to the set point.
The accuracy of the distribution of the temperature was based on the need to avoid influencing the good quality of the product, criticality of extreme importance owing to the market sector in which the customer operates.
The double door offers the customer loading of the oven in fifo mode.
The two doors, one manual and the other automatic guillotine type provide the customer utmost versatility of use as regards the different types of material to be subjected to the heating cycle.
The design of the safety devices and guillotine door control circuits was studied thoroughly to ensure utmost safety of use for the operators.
