32 DRUM HEATING CABINET, DOUBLE DEPTH, L.I.F.O. LOADING SYSTEM BY AUTOMATIC ROLLER CONVEYORS
Given the request for capacity of the heating cabinet, the installation site showed the following logistic limitations:
- 1width limited for a standard 32 drums version
- the access route from the entrance to the installation site showed passage limitations that ruled out the possibility of a standard version.
The first problem was solved by increasing the depth of the cabinet (double) instead of the width, providing a L.I.F.O. Loading system by using motor-operated roller conveyors controlled by a plc on a control panel, and by means of a remote-controlled pushbutton panel on board the machine.
The second problem was solved by designing the cabinet in three blocks sized suitably for passage.
The cabinet was constructed with mixed electric + steam heating system.
After accompanying the customer in the design and technical training, AMARC handled the transport, unloading, mechanical and electrical assembly, start-up and training.
