INDUSTRIAL OVEN FILLED WITH NITROGEN FOR THERMAL TREATMENTS
Oven for thermal processes.
The process requested by the customer requires the inner chamber to be filled with nitrogen before the thermal cycle begins.
The oven is therefore sized and structured to operate under pressure.
The oven has a double nitrogen inlet circuit; during the “Washing” phase both are in operation, while during the process only the secondary line remains open which compensates the leaks due to potential leaks, thereby ensuring that the inside of the oven is always pressurised, with constant reduction of the percentage of oxygen inside the chamber.
