INDUSTRIAL OVEN FOR THE POST CURING PROCESS
The oven purchased by a multinational operating in the sector of roller bearings, seals, mechatronics, lubrication services and systems.
The oven is used for post curing of metallic components after they are machined which, subjected to temperatures > 150°c emit large amounts of fumes at high density, difficult to control.
This process problem played a significant role on the design.
The inner chamber was made of AISI304 stainless steel (to overcome possible corrosive effects) and completely sealed (to overcome undesirable passage of fumes between the panels outwards).
In addition, for protection of the operator, the following were provided: fumes extraction cycle interlocked with the heating cycle, electric lock with positive safety interlocked with the extraction cycle.
(An internal release rope is provided with door release switch with anti-entrapment action).
