OVEN WITH FORCED VENTILATION FOR THE POLYMERISATION OF MATERIALS

The oven was designed to perform with an extremely accurate cycle.

The customer, a manufacturer of bullet-proof panels, needs to subject composite materials to work cycles of +170°C, with +/-1°C accuracy with respect to the set point throughout the internal volume.

The accuracy of the temperatures is a high criticality to avoid material not conforming to its standards and therefore to be rejected.

For this purpose the thermodynamic and fluidodynamic design played a decisive role in addition to control of the power by means of thyristors and ventilation by means of inverter.
