4 DRUMS HEATING CABINETS, ATEX RATED, HIGH TEMPERATURE OPERATION (UP TO+200°C)
The customer needed to process their own products, some of which are highly aggressive, at +200°c, in an ATEX classified zone.
The AMARC team designed a heating cabinet “Cut” according to the customer’s requirements.
The mechanical structure of the drum heating cabinet is designed and reinforced to be suitable at the operating temperatures.
The thermodynamic and fluidodynamic design were crucial to reach the temperature target given the limitations imposed by the ATEX classification.
An electronic power control was coupled to the capacity of the fans pushed to the maximum efficiency.
A redundant safety circuit was installed against risk of over temperatures.
The AISI 316 internal finish was provided to overcome possible risk of corrosion.
