The customer expressed the need to install an oven with high production efficiency with a double purpose: improve the quality of the polymerisation process and speed up the work flow for the operators.
The production demand was met by correctly sizing the compartments of the oven, of the quantity and dimensions of the trays.
The output quality of the oven that made it possible for the customer to reduce the rejects obtained from the previous system significantly was obtained by means of:

  • The mechanical design (high insulation with low heat dispersal)
  • The thermodynamic design (correct thermal balance designed to deal with the frequent loading-pickup operations)
  • Fluidodynamic (the optimum sizing of the air flow ensured optimum output of the process on the heated parts).
