INDUSTRIAL OVEN FOR THE FIRING OF BIOMEDICAL COMPONENTS (3 INDEPENDENT ZONES)

The oven was designed to perform with an extremely accurate cycle.

The requirement of the process involved work cycles at temperatures of +200°c, with accuracy +/-1°c with respect to the set point.

The accuracy of the distribution of the temperature was based on the need to avoid influencing the good quality of the product, criticality of extreme importance owing to the market sector in which the customer operates.

Optional: 3.5" touch screen programmer panel for control of the temperature cycles and data recording.
Interior of doors made of AISI304 stainless steel.
Double front/rear door with fifo loading mode.
Doors with inspection window and internal light.
Ceiling-mounted parts-holder rails to hold the workpieces.
Interlocked extraction cycle with heating cycle and performed by the customer's central system.
